Senior Consultant - HR & Business Support Expert

About the Role :

This is a pivotal role supporting the Head of Operations with property management across a large and diverse asset portfolio. You’ll provide administrative support across compliance, leasing, facilities coordination, and stakeholder engagement. This role is ideal for someone with a mix of property / facilities experience, strong admin skills, and a genuine interest in working for an organisation with purpose.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Support the operational management of properties including lease agreements, maintenance scheduling, and insurance
  • Assist with statutory and compliance reporting obligations
  • Liaise with councils, suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain databases and property registers
  • Contribute to the implementation of property strategy and ongoing improvement projects
  • Prepare documentation for committees and executive leadership
  • Ensure property accreditation and regulatory standards are met
  • Support property bookings and communications

About You :

  • 3–5 years of experience in a property, facilities, or operations support role
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
  • Experience working with councils, trades, or regulatory compliance preferred
  • Confident communication skills with the ability to work with a range of stakeholders
  • Strong time management and problem-solving capabilities
  • A proactive mindset and team-focused approach
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills across MS Office and systems
