With a strong commitment to design excellence and commercial success, they are looking for a Design Manager to lead the front-end design process across a growing pipeline of high-profile projects.

About the Role As Design Manager, you will drive the architectural vision and ensure each project delivers outstanding design outcomes while aligning with broader commercial and planning goals.

From early feasibility through to approvals and early delivery transition, you'll be the key link between internal stakeholders and external consultants, ensuring clarity, coordination, and quality every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities : Lead site analysis and feasibility from a design lens Create and manage detailed design briefs tailored to project vision and market strategy Appoint and manage external design teams, planners, and consultants Coordinate the design process across concept, DA, and early documentation phases Run regular design coordination meetings to ensure alignment and accountability Review drawings and documents to maintain design quality, feasibility, and compliance Navigate design-related planning pathways and approvals with relevant authorities Champion innovative and practical design thinking within budget and program constraints Support the seamless handover of design intent into delivery phases What You'll Bring A degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field 5+ years of experience in a design management or architectural leadership role Proven track record in large-scale residential and mixed-use developments Solid understanding of NSW planning frameworks, design principles, and DA processes Exceptional coordination and stakeholder engagement skills Working knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, Revit) and Microsoft Office Full Australian working rights Reach out to Annabel on 0423 874 355 or send your CV to
