Reporting to the West Lakes Shop Manager you'll provide immediate and effective solutions to our members, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive and lasting impression.

In addition, you will :

Deliver outstanding customer service to members and customers.Become multi-skilled and able to provide information to new and existing members about all of RAA's extensive products including Insurance and Road Service.Resolve inquiries promptly and efficiently.Utilise procedures and guidelines to make good business decisions for RAA and our members.Collaborate with a supportive and dynamic team. Plus much more, found in the position description here.Hours Monday- Friday as well as 1-2 weekend shifts per month paid at an overtime rate.

About you You will be a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture. We are also looking for :
