Cleaner (Casual)

As part of this, we offer high-quality home cleaning and maintenance services tailored to the needs of NDIS participants.

We are currently seeking experienced, reliable, and detail-oriented cleaners who understand the importance of hygiene, safety, and sensitivity when working in disability support settings.

• Key Responsibilities
• Perform thorough and deep cleaning of participant homes, including bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and bedrooms
• Clean floors (mopping, vacuuming, sweeping) and wipe down all surfaces
• Remove rubbish and sanitise high-touch areas
• Report any maintenance concerns, hazards, or safety issues to the support coordinator
• Follow cleaning schedules and instructions based on individual client needs
• Use appropriate and NDIS-compliant cleaning products and methods
• Maintain professional boundaries and respect the privacy and dignity of each client
• Work comfortably in male homes and other diverse environments
• Essential Criteria
• Must have an
• Experience working in NDIS or disability support settings (or willingness to learn)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to
• high standards of cleanliness
• Willingness to travel to multiple sites as required
• Flexible availability

• Comfortable working around individuals with
• intellectual and / or physical disabilities
• Excellent communication skills and a respectful, caring attitude
• Understanding of
