About the Role :
We’re looking for a proactive, confident Demand Planner to backfill a crucial role in the team. You’ll be responsible for owning and refining the forecasting process, ensuring the right products are in the right place at the right time. This is a full-time, onsite role with plenty of room to grow and influence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain demand forecasts using sales data, market trends and promotional insights
- Collaborate with internal teams to align demand planning with supply and business priorities
- Optimise stock availability by analysing inventory performance and customer buying patterns
- Incorporate new products, markdowns and promotional activity into forecasts
- Contribute to process improvements and support upcoming planning system implementation
