Collar has been engaged by a leading insurance brokerage in the pursuit of an experienced and professional account manager to join the team based in the organisations headquarters in Perth CBD.

Established 10 years ago, our client is an expert Insurance broker providing general risk insurance, risk consulting and claims services to businesses from all industries.   • The Role

    • In your role as Account Manager, your key focus is going to be on the management & development of a commercial lines portfolio across a broad range of industries.

    Your day to day will entail the following :

  • Manage a portfolio - accountability for servicing, developing, and maintaining the client portfolio
  • Responsible for building a close personal relationship with the key 'day to day' client contact and provide a high level of customer service and advice to all clients across the portfolio
  • Conduct a pre renewal meeting annually and review of clients current and future business plans, and prepare Renewal and New Business reports
  • Scheduling and attending meetings and understanding the specific requirements of insurance cover for the clients

    • To be successful in this role, you will have :

  • 3+ years experience as a broker across a commercial portfolio
  • Tier 1 qualification
  • A drive to succeed and thrive in your role and continuously learn, grow and develop
