As a Cleaner with Mandurah Canal Stays, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation standards of our Airbnb and short-stay rental properties. Your attention to detail, experience in cleaning, and commitment to quality service will contribute significantly to our company's reputation for excellence.
ResponsibilitiesPerform thorough cleaning of assigned properties according to company standards and guidelines.Clean and sanitize all rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and bedrooms.Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors, and cleaning surfaces.Change linens and towels and ensure they are fresh and neatly arranged.Restock amenities and supplies as needed.Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the management team promptly.Maintain open and clear communication with the management team regarding cleaning schedules, property statuses, and any special instructions or requests from guests or property owners.Adhere to health and safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for guests.RequirementsPrior experience in cleaning, preferably in a hospitality or residential setting.Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.Strong work ethic and reliability, with a commitment to completing tasks efficiently and effectively.Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with the management team and guests.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet cleaning schedules.Reliable transportation to travel to assigned properties.Flexibility to work variable hours based on property turnover and guest bookings.Police Clearance required.BenefitsCompetitive hourly rate of $40 per hour.Flexible working hours to accommodate your schedule.Opportunity to work with a reputable company in the hospitality industry.Supportive management team and a positive working environment.Job TypesPart-time, CasualPay : $40.00 per hour
