Casual Guest Service Agent

Leisure Inn Pokolbin is part of the StayWell Holdings Hotel Group with over 30 properties located throughout Australia and across the globe.

The Leisure Inn Pokolbin Hill is a four star resort located in the heart of the Pokolbin vineyards. The Resort boasts 100 guest rooms set on 25 acres of rural landscape.

The reception position is casual position working across a 7 days roster including weekends and public holidays. Reception is open from 8am to 7pm Saturday to Thursday and 8am to 9pm Friday.

The main duties will include but not be limited to, checking guests in and out, taking reservations, cashiering, dealing with guest enquiries, assisting guests with tours and offering local knowledge. Full training will be offered for this position.

• Have reliable transport
