You’ll take the reins on both the operational and strategic direction of our Support at Home program — making sure the day-to-day runs smoothly, while also thinking ahead to where the service is going next. From ensuring compliance with aged care and quality standards, to shaping service improvements, to building partnerships that open new doors — this is a role where you can truly make your mark.
We’re looking for someone who’s not only experienced in managing aged or community care services, but also genuinely cares about people. You’re a calm and confident leader, someone who brings a steady hand in busy moments, and who can support a team to do their best work even on the tough days.
You ask smart questions, stay curious, and always keep the client at the centre. Whether it’s solving a service delivery hiccup, mentoring a staff member, or planning for future growth — you lead with empathy, accountability and a forward-thinking mindset.

About Us
For 60 years, St Bart’s has supported people experiencing homelessness and severe and persistent mental health issues as they rebuild their lives. We started as a small homeless shelter for men and have grown into a progressive and inclusive organisation providing support to hundreds of Western Australian men, women and families across four key service areas. Our goal is to provide safe, supported accommodation and services to people who need it the most, regardless of background, age, gender or ethnicity.
