Job description

We are looking for people with outstanding communication skills and someone that loves to work in a fast paced industry.

We are looking for a quick learner, with strong computer skills and a customer focused attitude.

In this Casual role you will be the first point of contact for our hotel guests and will ensure an efficient check in & checkout experience.

In addition, you will take incoming phone calls, process guest accounts and assist the Assistant Manager as required.
