    Our Medical Workforce Team located at the Health Hub Nepean Hospital is currently looking to hire a Temporary Full Time Administration Officer to work as the JMO Rostering Officer up until 2nd January 2026.

    In this role, you will be responsible for all administration and management of accurate rosters and data in Health Roster, monitoring ADO's and leave balances.

    • What you will bring to the role
    • Demonstrated successful customer focus with the ability to build and maintain rapport with key stakeholders
    • Demonstrated excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to interact professionally with a range of internal and external stakeholders
    • Demonstrated level of competence and experience in the use of Stafflink and Health Roster or Romulus
    • Demonstrated ability to identify issues of relevance, sensitivity and confidentiality, to interpret information and advice and use discretion to identify when to escalate matters
    • Superior time management skills with the ability to successfully prioritise and organise daily work routine
    • High level analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to research information to resolve or escalate matters as they arise
    • Employment of a temporary visa holder may only occur if no suitable permanent resident or citizen of Australia has been identified and must not exceed the duration or conditions associated with the current visa.
