The Opportunity

As a Property Manager based in Sydney or Melbourne, with regular to travel to Adeleide, you will oversee the operations and performance of a portfolio of assets across SA, VIC and WA within the Healthcare sector. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving a culture of service, accountability, and innovation. As a key representative of Dexus, you'll help position us as Australia's leading provider of sustainable and inspiring workplaces through your leadership, expertise, and entrepreneurial spirit.

You will make an impact by :

Building strong relationships with tenants, anticipate their needs, and ensure a seamless customer journey from onboarding to offboarding.

Taking full accountability for the day-to-day performance of assigned properties, working closely with facilities teams to embed a culture of service and accountability.

Managing property financials including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and arrears, ensuring accurate reporting and strong financial performance.

Liaising effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, compliance, and timely service delivery.

Thriving in a dynamic environment by adapting to portfolio changes, taking on additional responsibilities, and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.

About You

Tertiary qualifications in property, land economics, finance, commerce, or accounting are preferred.

Proven experience in office and / or healthcare property management, with strong financial and budgeting skills, and familiarity with multi-tenanted assets.

Solid understanding of building services, real estate market trends, lease interpretation, and accounting principles; experience with Yardi is a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive approach to customer service and stakeholder engagement.

Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, work autonomously, and adapt quickly to changing priorities and challenges.

Flexibility for interstate travel on a regular basis
