Our client a long existing Haulage and Logistics company based in Welshpool are seeking a Payroll / Admin Officer on a Permanent Basis.
This role offers a very unique opportunity to someone who is looking for something that is not solely working in Payroll and would like to venture with different tasks. You will be working within a small team, with your own office.
- The role will entail the following duties;
- Processing weekly payroll for around 250 + employees
- Utilisation of 3 separate payroll systems, which all have a similar interface (Xero, MYOB and Employment Hero)
- Assisting employees with any payroll enquiries and discrepancies in pay within a relevant timeframe
- Work with the various stakeholders of the business on social media engagement and collaborating on ideas of how to best present the business to various audiences
- Provide any administrative assistance when require for the other business units during any busy periods.
- To be successful for this role, you must have the below;
- Previous Payroll / Administrative experience working for a similar sized business
- Ability to complete the end to end payroll processing.
- Strong Award and Enterprise Agreement interpretations
- Good knowledge of various payroll systems including Xero, MYOB and Employment Hero
- General idea of utilisation of social media and a creative mindset
Salary and Benefits
Salary is between $70 000 to $90 000 p.a. depending on experienceWorking Hours are anywhere Monday to Friday between 7 : 00AM to 5PMAbility to expand your skill set and not be solely working on Payroll day in and day out!
