Responsibilities
- Service and maintenance of Honeywell and third-party equipment (as per trade expertise)
- Configuration, Diagnoses Fault, repairs and Programming of building services (. HVAC, BMS control, and Third-Party Systems).
- Software load and Configuration of Honeywell Systems and other systems as required.
- Minor Project management of service projects and small works including high level of management of customer and ensuring project milestones are achieved.
- Carrying out hazard and risk assessments for all tasks.
- Pre-sales support for implementation projects.
- Guaranteeing customer satisfaction through direct liaison with client representatives, customers, and service recipients.
- Day to day servicing, calibrations and maintenance; including Diagnoses, repairs faults, programming and commissioning in air conditioning and DDC control systems as relevant
- Navigate and interrogate BMS / Security / ICT interfaces
- Estimates materials costs and quantities
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through direct liaison with client representatives, customers and service recipients
Key Experience & Capabilities :
3-4 years’ proven background in the servicing and maintenance of technical equipment.NV 1 or baseline clearance is essentialDDC experience : - Knowledge of DDC and controls systemsElectrical experience : - Basic knowledge of electrical diagrams and electrical switchingInstrumentation experience – Knowledge of instrumentation devises and control applicationsKnowledge of Computerised Maintenance Management systems and proceduresCommissioning experience – knowledge of DDC / Mechanical plantWho We Are
