Production Operator - Chocolate Manufacturing

Production Operators. Join our client in Bayswater, who produces Tonnes of chocolate daily for major food industry manufacturers. • The position requirements include, but are not limited to
• Operation of a variety of purpose-built machinery. Training will be provided
• Maintaining a clean workspace
• Reading & following SOPs
• Strictly following all quality & safety procedures
• Training is provided, but to be considered for this role you will ideally possess the following
• Proven production experience in an FMCG manufacturing environment
• Chocolate manufacturing background highly regarded
• Be physically fit to complete manual handling duties, such as lifting, pulling, pushing, bending and reaching
• A strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement & waste reduction advantageous
• An understanding of GMP and 5S manufacturing principles
• A team player mentality with a positive, self-motivated and proactive attitude
• Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal) with high attention to detail
• A willingness to learn & the flexibility to work extra hours and perform ad hoc duties as required
• Shift Hours

Day shift hours : Monday to Friday, 6am - 2 : 30am,

Afternoon shift hours : Monday to Friday, 2 : 30pm - 11pm,

Night shift hours : Sunday - Thursday, 11pm - 6am,
