WHA4 Casual Contracts - multiple positions available Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Residential Care Assistant to join our team at the Waikerie Residential Care Home where, working under limited supervision, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include : Assisting with bathing, showering, personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming Supporting residents with toileting and continence management Helping with feeding and maintaining mobility / dexterity through transferring and lifting, including the use of mechanical aids Undertaking bed making, cleaning equipment and utensils, and distributing clean laundry and personal attire Providing input into resident assessments, recording observations, and identifying diversional therapy needs Completing routine documentation in accordance with established policies and procedures This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a team-oriented environment and is passionate about making a difference in the lives of aged care residents.
