    • About Us
    • We are seeking a full-time Personal Assistant to join our Perth office to provide administrative assistance to support our team.

    • The Role
    • The role will require the successful applicant to perform the following duties and tasks on an ongoing basis :

    • Client intake and onboarding procedures
    • Organizing client requests and maintaining client files in line with the current filing and database systems and suggesting improvements as necessary
    • Issuing deposit requests, invoices and receipts
    • Data entry and general record keeping duties
    • Requesting, collecting and checking client documents
    • Ensuring client matters are prioritised by deadlines and are dealt with properly and in a timely manner
    • Taking notes at meetings, preparing the minutes and subsequently distributing to all participants
    • Liaising with staff and monitoring progress of file matters
    • Providing personal and administrative assistance to the Directors, including transcribing, acting as meeting secretary, drafting correspondence, diary management, preparing management reports, preparing presentations, managing travel, booking exhibitions and seminars, basic bookkeeping and assisting with business development, marketing and advertising efforts.
    • About You
    • To be successful the applicant will need to have the following qualifications and work experience :

    • Relevant Australian qualification or Overseas equivalent
    • At least 3 years of relevant work experience
    • Skills and Attributes
    • Be motivated and self-driven
    • Be able to communicate clearly and effectively (both orally and in writing)
    • Be able to prioritise tasks and multi-task efficiently and effectively
    • Have a keen eye for detail
    • Be able to work to high standards in a fast-paced environment
    • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Possess strong interpersonal and customer service skills
    • Be computer literate and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • Be able to work individually with mínimal supervision and as a part of a team
    • Be punctual, honest and trustworthy
    • Display maturity and professionalism in all dealings
    • Present professionally and provide excellent customer service.
    • Salary
    • 70,000.00 per year
    • Schedule :

    • 8 hour shift
