Role Responsibilities

Ensure safe, compliant, and accurate surveying through strong HSQE standards.

Lead a safety-first culture with audits, toolbox talks, and embedded quality control.

Oversee FIFO project budgets, schedules, and resources to drive efficiency.

Identify process improvements and cost savings while maintaining quality.

Mentor and train survey team members to support their professional growth.

Build a collaborative, confident team culture that fosters leadership.

Maintain strong client and contractor relationships through clear communication.

Seek opportunities to expand RM Surveys’ influence in the FIFO / resource sector.

Lead with professionalism and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.

Promote advanced surveying tools and digital workflows for greater accuracy.

Encourage continuous learning and knowledge sharing to stay industry-leading.

About you

Experienced Senior Engineering Surveyor or Manager , with relevant WA FIFO experience leading teams of surveyors

A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights.

Ensures client needs are met with precision and professionalism.

Embraces innovation and best practices to enhance service delivery.

Strong proficiency in computer systems and software.

A solid commitment to safety and adherence to safe work practices.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
