• Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, financial planners, and other industry professionals to build a referral network.
• Stay informed of changes in policies, standards, and regulations within the mortgage industry.
• Requirements
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and partners.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Fluent in Chinese and English.
