• About the Role

As an

• Internal Sales,
• you will play a key role in our Sales Team working closely with the BDM's, managing and growing the portfolio of accounts within your territory, by providing internal sales support to the BDM, our customers and potential customers.
• Tasks and responsibilities
• Handling incoming calls and making outbound calls to customers following call cycle targets and KPI's
• Assisting customers with any sales related enquiries (eg. product, pricing, growth opportunities, account management)
• Reaching out to prospects to uncover opportunities and booking appointments for BDM
• Monitoring assigned accounts and updating sales projections
• Preparing, sending, and following up quotes to customers and prospects
• Assisting BDM with visit preparation and actions
• Logging details of all customer interactions within the CRM system
• About You
• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in B2B environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build rapport quickly and develop strong client relationships
• Disciplined time & task management skills
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to analyse and execute appropriate solutions
• Competitive nature and hunger for sales
• Proficient computer skills to work competently in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint), with a minimum of 55 WPM at 95% accuracy

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday. Based in Lytton, QLD.
