I am very excited to be supporting a Tasmania owned allied health business in their search for an experienced Practice Manager to lead the operational and strategic direction of the clinic. The team are passionate about delivering high-quality care with a strong focus on patient experience and community impact.

This is more than just a management role — it's an opportunity to shape the future of the business. You'll work closely with the Managing Director to drive profitability, enhance service delivery, lead and inspire a dedicated team, and implement marketing and growth strategies.

What you'll be doing : Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic with a focus on financial sustainability and patient outcomesManaging budgeting, cash flow, debt control, and financial reportingLeading the customer experience strategy, streamlining patient communication and supporting the reception teamDriving people and culture initiatives – leading HR processes, performance management, and fostering a positive team environmentDeveloping and executing marketing strategies that build brand awareness and support business developmentWorking with leadership on long-term growth planning, service expansion, and strategic projectsWe're looking for someone with : Strong financial awareness and experience in clinic or business financial oversightProven leadership in HR and team managementExcellent communication and customer service skillsExperience developing and implementing marketing strategiesA commercial mindset and experience with business growth planningWhy join ?
