  • Exciting Opportunity : Project Coordinator in Freight Forwarding
  • Are you a seasoned Project Coordinator with expertise in Freight Forwarding, particularly in managing Projects Cargo and Large Out of Gauge Freight?_ We're looking for a dynamic individual to join our team in High Wycombe, Perth. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient, cost-effective movement of cargo, with a focus on outstanding customer service.
  • Your Role Will Involve
  • Preparing competitive quotes for Air / Sea, Out of Gauge, and Domestic Road / Air shipments
  • Handling day-to-day operations of project shipments
  • Collaborating with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Coordinating and assisting with onsite handling, ensuring project compliance, and efficient administration and reporting
  • Negotiating rates with carriers and suppliers to optimise costs
  • Monitoring and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolving any issues that arise
  • About You
  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator in the Freight Forwarding industry
  • Strong background in handling Projects Cargo, including Large Out of Gauge Freight
  • In-depth knowledge of Air / Sea / Road operations and industry regulations
  • Excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and transportation management software
  • Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain attention to detail
