About the Role As the Copywriter at Hommey, you'll be the voice behind the visuals—shaping words that don't just describe, but evoke. From product names to website copy, email subject lines to campaign interactions, you'll craft copy that resonates with our audience and reflects our evolving brand identity.

Collaborating across Brand, Marketing and Design teams, and reporting to our Content & Brand Manager, your key responsibilities will include :

Write and edit copy across our entire ecosystem — website, email, paid ads, social, packaging, campaigns, and moreDevelop product descriptions that guide and delight (without sounding like a spec sheet)Create email campaigns and subject lines that stand out in a crowded inboxCollaborate with the Brand and Content teams to tell stories that elevate new products, launches and momentsRefine and evolve our tone of voice in line with the brand's growth and identityProofread and polish internal and external content to maintain clarity and consistencyKeep a pulse on culture, language trends and what our community actually wants to hearAbout You You're a natural storyteller with a sharp eye and even sharper pen. You understand how to translate brand strategy into meaningful, on-brand copy that makes people stop, smile, and scroll a little slower.

3–5+ years experience in copywriting, content or editorial (agency or in-house)A portfolio that shows off your range — tone, format, platform and purposeStrong understanding of brand voice and a knack for clear, clean, and clever languageExperience writing for eCommerce, digital, and DTC audiencesCollaborative by nature — you're a thoughtful communicator and creative teammateHigh attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple projects with confidenceBonus Points For Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or homewares contentFamiliarity with Shopify, Klaviyo or CMS platformsExposure to performance marketing or ad copywritingA background in editorial storytelling or voice developmentWhy Join Hommey?
