• EL1 Reform Policy Lead
• EL1 Regulatory Implementation Lead
• APS6 Regulatory Reform Support
• Legislative process experience, regulatory interpretation skills, stakeholder engagement and proven project management skills. Experience in preparing Drafting Instructions is desired but not essential
• Experience in undertaking secretariat functions, preparation of meeting agendas, minutes etc. and excellent stakeholder engagement skills. Experience in regulatory processes is desired
• Key Responsibilities
• Lead the policy development and implementation of legislative / regulatory reform
• Collaborate closely with colleagues on reform progress and stakeholder engagement
• Interpret legislation, engage with stakeholders and represent the department at meetings
• EL1 - Mentor junior staff and manage section workload
• EL1 - Represent the Department at stakeholder meetings including with industry and airport community consultation meetings
• APS6 - Provide high level stakeholder engagement and administrative support to the Leads (EL1's)
• APS6 - Provide regulatory support to the Leads on progression of the legislative / regulatory functions
