• About the Role

Centurion Transport is currently seeking a Trade Assistant to join the Wash Bay team, based near the Perth Airport. Working directly under the Workshop Manager, this position is responsible for detailing and maintaining the trucks.

• Duties
• Complete the cleaning of vehicles in a safe and efficient manner and within required timeframes
• Commitment to 100% safety execution at all times
• Wash trucks, ensuring they are clean and presentable, and reporting any damage
• Safe movement of trucks
• Ensure work areas and wash bays are adequately maintained
• Clean the warehouse to the standard required
• Conduct trailer checks to ensure they are set up correctly for the drivers prior to loading
• Assist with workshop tasks where required.
• Desired Skills and Experience
• Essentials
• Current Drivers Licence
• Attention to detail
• Experience - desired but not essential
• Motivated and able to work unsupervised
• Ability to comply with Company policies, procedures, and legislative requirements
• Current Forklift licence - highly desirable
• HR or HC Licence is highly desirable
• Ability to pass medical, drug and alcohol test
