- About the Role
NHP now have a fabulous opportunity available in their SALES team in Brisbane.
Reporting to the Sales Manager - Technology, your role as Technology Sales Specialist will be to lead NHP's collaboration and development of Switchboard Solutions, such as CUBIC. In addition, you will work with external stakeholders and mentor internal team members on key market analysis, product management tools and techniques.
Key tasks & responsibilities include :
Organise and run technical training sessions for customersSupport customers with pre-sales conceptual switch board designsProvide onsite and online technical design, product support and quality assuranceMaintain an up to date understanding of applicable industry standards i.e. AS3000 & AS / NZS61439Maintain a high level of competency in switch board design and manufacturing principalsSupport BDs by assisting them through the sales process to achieve the required outcomesFormulate and clearly communicate strategies to promote NHP's modular switch board solution into the local marketDevelop and implement internal training to ensure a competent level of product knowledge within the sales teamPRODUCTS - Modular Switchboards!Ideally you will have / beAn Electrical Engineering degree, Engineering degree in a related field or Trade qualification (A Grade Electrical Licence)Previous experience with CUBIC or switchboard solutions (building switchboards)Experience in or managing a switchboard solutionAn understanding of AS3000 & AS / NZS 61439, as well as associated electrical protection & metering systemsA motivation in Sales, ability to set sales strategies & project pursuits (beneficial)Strong analytical skills in market investigations, sales forecasting & market analysisPrevious experience with any CRM toolsIn return, we will offer youYou will be part of a vibrant and talented team, work in an innovative & supportive environment and enjoy the benefits that come with working at NHP including :
