Job title - Behaviour Support Practitioner

Location - Adelaide

Employment Type - Full time or Part time (4 days per week)

Salary - $90,000 - $110,000 includes annual leave loading & superannuation + vehicle options + mobile + laptop

About The Role We are seeking experienced Behaviour Support Practitioners to provide impactful therapy to NDIS participants. Your day-to-day may include :

Working in diverse settings such as homes, schools, playgrounds, workplaces, and community centres Using assessment and intervention skills to support participants in achieving goals and maximizing NDIS funding Building meaningful relationships with participants and their supports (family, carers, friends) Developing and implementing Behaviour Support Plans with function-based strategies, utilizing positive behaviour support frameworks Conducting Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA) Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to address complex behavioural challenges Attending weekly team meetings at the Hub; sharing impact stories, enjoying coffee and laughs Accessing support from your Team Leader and Therapy Mentor Who We Are Looking For We value shared principles and teamwork. Ideal candidates will :
