About the role

As a Change and Communications Specialist within our Change and Internal Communications team, you will be working closely with internal stakeholders to develop, manage and execute end to end organisational change plans. Your creativity and ideas will support successful change implementation and you'll help us grow our change management capability along the way.

• Your duties will include, but not be limited to
• Leading the implementation of various activities outlined in change management strategies and plans you create;
• Planning and delivering stakeholder engagement activities;
• Drafting project review reports and presentations;
• Executing a change communications plan within internal communication systems and procedures;
• Designing and developing content for training courses;

Supporting the collection of data and participating in reviews of change and project activities to identify improvements; and

Building strong and effective relationships across the business.

Have strong attention to detail with the ability to identify roadblocks and develop creative and scalable solutions; and

A change management qualification will be highly regarded.
