The purpose of this role is to coordinate procurement functions as well as perform, procedural, clerical, administrative and operational tasks that support and contribute to the agency. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic office environment and provide valuable support to a Federal Government team.

• You will be managing the acquisition of services and contracts to provide vital assistance.
• You will be required to perform procedural, clerical, administrative and operational tasks
• You will be implementing and maintaining procedures for the collection, management, and quality control of services provided.
• You will be working with external stakeholders to improve availability, accessibility, and quality.
• You will be conducting research to ensure the organisational needs are being met through contracted services.
• You will be providing support for ongoing systems and future projects.
• About you
• You will ideally have experience in a similar role within finance
• You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• You will be comfortable working with various stakeholders and maintaining stakeholder relationships
• You will be have strong analytical, investigative, and reporting skills.
• You will have excellent organisation and time management skills
