About the Role
An exciting opportunity now exists for a capable Contracts Administrator seeking to gain exposure to Project Management working closely with the Senior Project Manager. In this role, you'll contribute to the successful delivery of industrial and commercial projects by overseeing contract administration and supporting the Project Management team.
You will work closely with senior leadership, internal teams, and external consultants across the full lifecycle of projects—from design coordination and procurement through to construction and completion.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage subcontractor and supplier agreements
Monitor project budgets, process variations, and assist with financial reporting
Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure timely delivery
Oversee construction documentation and program progress
Support procurement and assist with value engineering and cost control
Ensure WHS compliance and adherence to quality standards
Provide regular updates on project progress and contribute to team meetings
About You
2+ years’ experience in a Contracts Administrator with a desire to gain experience as a Project Manager
Strong knowledge of D&C project delivery, especially in industrial / commercial sectors
Proficient in contract administration, cost tracking, and construction coordination
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar
Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
