- Conduct onsite visits to clients' businesses to assess their moving needs.
- Coordinate and plan the logis cs of each move with clients, ensuring all their requirements are met.
- Safely and efficiently pack, load, transport, and unload clients' belongings with a en on to detail and care.
- Assemble and disassemble cargo as needed during the moving process.
- Demonstrate professionalism and excellent customer service skills when interac ng with clients, addressing any concerns, and providing solu ons.
- Communicate effec vely with the Egans crew to deliver efficient results, upholding a high standard of opera on.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regula ons to maintain a safe working environment for both the team and clients.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills to handle any challenges or special requests.
- Maintain a posi ve and friendly a tude throughout the moving process, crea ng a posi ve experience for clients and crew.
- Requirements
- Proven experience as a Removalist with a focus on client service excellence.
- Physical fitness and ability to li items as required.
- Strong interpersonal and communica on skills with a client-oriented approach.
- A en on to detail and the ability to handle fragile and valuable items with care.
- Experience in conduc ng onsite assessments and job coordina on.
- Basic knowledge of tool use, and use of technology when required.
- Flexibility to work onsite at different loca ons based on client requirements.
