Central City Health Professionals is looking for a receptionist / administrator to join our Perth CBD clinic. Our multi-disciplinary practice provides a range of services to our clients, which means our administration team need to work across a variety of tasks while providing exceptional, caring, front-desk customer service.

- Previous experience working in a medical / allied health setting is desirable, but not necessary to apply

Greeting and directing clients and visitorsAnswering calls via different phone linesMaking appointments and amending bookings (Practice Management System - Cliniko)Issuing invoices, processing payments and online claims via EFTPOS / HICAPS / Direct Debit / CashScanning and data entryProcessing stock orders and maintaining displaysSupporting and assisting the clinicians as requiredGeneral cleaning of the practiceOther ad hoc admin tasks as requiredOur practice is open between 7 : 45am and 7pm Monday to Friday. This position would suit someone who is available to work 4-5 weekdays.
All training is provided, and this role is suitable for all ages and experience levels. What we do require is an eager, driven person who is up for a role offering variety and challenges.
