Overview About the Role As a National Business Development Manager at Gallagher Bassett, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth and expanding our market presence. You will be at the forefront of developing and executing strategic business development initiatives, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and identifying new business opportunities to enhance our service offerings.

How you'll make an impact Key Responsibilities : Market Expansion : Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Gallagher Bassett's market presence .Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.Strategic Planning : Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve growth targets.Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver comprehensive insurance solutions.Performance Tracking : Monitor and report on business development activities and performance against targets.
