About the roleThis role will see you work closely with two highly respected Partners across a diverse mix of work, including :
advising on workplace investigations, bullying / sexual harassment claims, work health & safety and some industrial matters;defending claims of unfair dismissal, general protections and anti-discrimination;acting for a broad cross section of clients across the construction, mining / resources, manufacturing, transport, technology, education, health and professional services industries;involvement in business development, including presentations and industry events.Skills / ExperienceTo be considered for this role you will :
have 2-5 years PAE in employment law ideally gained in a top tier, mid tier or recognised boutique law firm;a proactive approach;strong interpersonal skills and a genunine enthusiasm about employment law.BenefitsBeyond the quality of the work and team environment, awaiting you in this firm :
