Studio Manager

The company photographs families, couples, and glamour photography in a modern, artistic and creative photography style, in a beautiful and modern studio environment where we produce high-end products ready for our clients to display in their homes.

• The Role

This is a full time position working Monday to Friday, 8.30-5.15pm.

You must be aligned with the Zest Photography's ethos, vision and values. You are curious, energetic, excited and invigorated by people and are a continuous, autonomous learner who makes visible their own learning. You will possess a positive outlook, exceptional interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence with demonstrated ability to build authentic, collaborative relationships and an ability to close sales.

• The Role will include
• Running day-to-day studio operations.
• Managing and leading team success.
• Creating an uplifting and empowering experience for Zest customers.
• Building relationships, asking deep and meaningful questions, and learning about your customers to understand why they would benefit from a Zest Photography Experience.
• Ongoing telephone calls to maintain relationships and book customers for a portrait session.
• Conducting customer design sale consultations.
• Using management software.
• Helping our customers see themselves differently.
• Achieving daily and weekly sales KPI targets.
• The successful applicant must
• Have a minimum 2 years' experience in Sales and Leadership roles
• Experience running a small business (preferred)
• To be a confident individual who is a great listener that can understand and meet other people's needs
• Enthusiasm and high energy to consistently be self-motivated
• To work well under pressure
• A drive to achieve sales KPI targets and contribute to the overall team success
• An appreciation and value for portrait photography
• Driven by personal growth and achieving results.
