About the roleAn exciting opportunity exists for a self-motivated and experienced Business Improvement Specialist to join our Innovation and Improvement team to play a key role in embedding Iluka's CORE continuous improvement program across all locations.The role will work closely with the operational leadership teams to manage and deliver improvement portfolios, supporting them to meet or exceed their performance KPI's.

The Business Improvement Specialist will also coach site representatives in the application of lean improvement practices.This is an opportunity for a driven individual to make Improvement at Iluka their own.The role can be Perth based with regular site visits or can be site based at either our Geraldton or North Capel operations.
