  • Responsibilities
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high quality food and service
  • Monitor staff performance and provide guidance when necessary
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including stock control, cleaning and maintenance
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with KPIs such as labour and wastage.
  • Assist the restaurant manager to achieve great results through efficient operations and customer service.

  • Proven experience in a hospitality environment
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Ability to manage labour, rotas and recruitment processes.
