The Role

We are looking for a Data Analyst with a strong business analysis mindset and a sharp focus on data, reporting, and analytics. This is a pure data science role - you won’t be distracted by application support or unrelated systems work. Instead, you'll be the critical link between the business and our Delivery team in Yerevan, implementing modern Data solutions, focusing on Corporate Reporting and Analytics, Data Science and Machine Learning.

With the ability to write and run SQL queries confidently, you'll drive requirements gathering and support the full BA lifecycle as it relates to data. This role plays a central part in applying data mining and machine learning to solve business problems.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate daily with the delivery team in Yerevan to design, develop, and implement modern data solutions.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of the corporate data roadmap.
Produce high-quality technical documentation that supports development and future maintenance.
Run SQL queries to explore datasets, validate assumptions, and inform requirement gathering.
Coordinate UAT and own triage / prioritisation of defects and enhancements.
Support the monitoring and ongoing refinement of data pipelines and flows.
Investigate discrepancies in data outputs and perform root cause analysis using SQL and other tools.

Desired Qualifications, Experience and Competencies

5+ years in a Data Analyst or Data Engineer role with strong business analysis exposure.

Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, and Snowflake.

Strong understanding of enterprise data integration and reporting practices.

Proactive, solutions-oriented, and passionate about data and analytics.
