• Position : Casual Support Worker
• Location : Inner West, NSW

• What We're Looking For
• Availability between Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm.
• A genuine love for older people and a commitment to their well-being.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for engaging in friendly conversations.
• A caring and compassionate nature.
• The desire to make a positive impact on the lives of our elderly clients.
• Flexibility and the ability to work on a Permanant Part Time basis.
• Responsibilities
• Providing companionship and emotional support to our elderly clients.
• Assisting with daily living activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal care.
• Travelling with client in your car and the confidence to work independantly.
• Engaging in friendly conversations and meaningful interactions.
• Ensuring the safety and comfort of our clients.
• Reporting any changes or concerns to the supervisor.

• Competitive compensation - $33 p / h with 92c per / km in between all client services.

• Opportunities for professional development - We offer further training in Certificate III in Individual Support. As well as Bridge training online that has many videos to further develop skills in specialised services, such as : dementia, disability, high needs equipment training.
