Prior Facilities Coordinator or Facilities Assistant experience essential

  • 33-$35 per hour
  • Southbank Location
  • Who will you be working for?

Our well-known client are seeking a Facilities Coordinator, based in Southbank for a temporary contract.

  • What will you be responsible for?
  • You will be responsible for facilities coordination and administration.

  • Maintain premises in neat and good working condition at all times
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance for the building
  • Maintain security and access procedures
  • Organise stationary and supplies for the office
  • Billing and finance responsibilities internally and with suppliers
  • Invoicing
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Relief Reception
  • What will you need to succeed?
  • To be considered for this role, you will have / be :

  • Prior Facilities Experience essential
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • MS Office
  • Professional presentation
