On behalf of a key client based in Wangara / Landsdale, we are seeking a Supervisor / Team Leader for an Afternoon Shift role who is experienced in leading a team of dispatch and warehouse pick packers.

The role is a newly created position and will be leading a team to do duties comprising of picking orders, preparing orders for dispatch, preparing necessary paperwork, dealing with customer enquiries and working with other team members.

The person we are seeking will have experience in a Team Leader or Supervisory position in transport & logistics, warehousing or manufacturing and be successful in leading a team through effective communication and allocation of resources. A Forklift and drivers license are necessary.

The role will be leading a team of pick packers and you will need to supervise and lead the team in a way that yields positive results and builds a cohesive happy team. We seek someone with a good understanding of modern workplace and diversity laws, strong people management skills, an effective communication style and a Team Leader who leads by example.

The role will offer an attractive hourly rate and permanency after probation.
