About the Role - As a Senior / Associate Civil Engineer, you’ll :

• Lead and manage a small team of engineers and drafters
• Oversee project delivery from concept to construction across land development, infrastructure, and built form
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure high-quality, timely outcomes
• Contribute to business development and help shape the future direction of the civil team
• Provide technical oversight and mentoring to junior staff
