Testing Specialist - Qld

Aurec Pty Ltd has an exciting new opportunity for an outstanding Testing Specialist.

• Responsibilities
• Maintain and execute software testing strategies and procedures to ensure test activities are completed in line with activity expectations
• Perform functional performance, scalability, and other testing across all relevant test environments
• Identify, produces and maintain test plans, test scripts and other documentation relevant to testing processes and procedures
• Contribute to process improvements within the development team to ensure efficiency and consistency through the software development lifecycle
• Effectively co-ordinating with business process owners to plan and execute testing including defect management and escalation of key risks and issues.
• Comfortable troubleshooting issues and be the first point of contact for business to replicate production defects
• Ensuring appropriate cadence and reporting of test results
• Work closely with project team in resolving defects & issues.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience
• Prior experience in a software tester role
• Knowledge of various automated and manual testing tools
• Ability to conduct testing across different devices
• Good understanding and working knowledge of programming and scripting languages suitable for automation

• Salary
• 65,000 - $85,000 plus superannuation
• Salary
• 65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
