Day to day responsibilities will include :

• Ownership of RAS system problem management and change management processes with coordinator of internal and external resources
• Drive outcomes and build collaborative and effective working relationships with RACV business units and external vendors
• Determine appropriate actions required to correct complex system problems
• What you'll need to be successful
• Extensive industry experience
• Certification in ITIL, Agile Delivery Method, Waterfall Delivery Method, Cloud Engineering (Microsoft or Amazon)
• Ability to influence customers, suppliers and partners at account level
• Communicates fluently, and can present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences
• An awareness of risk and takes an analytical approach to work
• Plan, schedule and monitor work to meet given objectives and processes to time and quality targets
