You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment whilst hiring for our skilled trades business. This is a unique role where you will be working closely with various clients to deliver against project requirements nationally.
Responsibilities includeAdvertising for our live vacancies on Seek and social mediaFormatting suitable resumes to send onto our clientsReference ChecksDatabase management including group mailersEmployee Aftercare and follow-up post placementWorking as a team with our other Consultants and Mobilisation CoordinatorAbout YouYou will demonstrate previous experience working as a Recruitment / Resourcing role or alternatively have a strong business development or Customer Service backgroundPrior experience of the mining or construction industry would be highly advantageousExperience recruiting on a high volume blue collar deskExperience managing multiple, and often conflicting priorities to outcomes without sacrificing quality or timelinessStrong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail and a warm yet professional phone mannerWillingness to go over and above what is expected to ensure excellent customer service is delivered each and every timeEnthusiastic, Committed, and LoyalInnovative, with the ability to think outside the square.
