  • What you will enjoy doing
  • You will be responsible for ensuring the site maintenance program is implemented effectively by planning daily maintenance work and major plant shutdowns
  • Ensure the maintenance planning process achieves all MHF compliance requirements by ensuring preventative maintenance is completed on time, will be part of your role
  • You will conduct planning for major plant shutdowns and provide a daily update of work progress against the schedule
  • As well as facilitating the weekly maintenance planning meeting in which work is scheduled for the following week with assignment of PMs to specific fitters and electricians
  • Also, you will maintain detailed records for all maintenance activities to satisfy MHF requirements and company standards
  • Prepare a budget report each month summarising actual expenditure versus targeted expenditure and identify reasons for deviations, will be part of your role
  • What makes you great
  • You have the ability to schedule maintenance activities to ensure work is prioritised on a daily basis and to plan shutdowns to ensure that they finish on time and on budget.
  • Proficient computer skills (Excel) and CMMS skills (SAP) are required
  • As well as having the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal communication and written communication
  • Customer service focus and excellent stakeholder management skills, are needed
