A Legal Secretary position has become available within the Family Law team of a well established Law firm based in Melbourne CBD! This highly regarded Law firm have an impressive reputation and culture, interesting and varied role with the opportunity to grow in your career.

This role will suit a Legal Secretary who is looking for “more” from their next role, where you will be encouraged to show initiative and utilise your strong organisational skills. If you are looking to take the next step in your career, in a reputable, well established firm who have a sensational working environment this could be the opportunity you have been waiting for!

This is a hands on role, and is suited to a candidate with minimum 5 years Legal Secretarial experience, who has proven experience supporting a busy legal practitioner ideally within Family Law. Strong communication, attention to detail and organisational skills are required.

Daily responsibilities will include :

• Creating and editing legal documents
• Completing billing
• Managing correspondence and maintaining files
• And much much more!
