Educational Leader

Great opportunity to extend upon your mentoring, curriculum development for team members to provide the best possible educational journeys for the children aged 0-6.

Monday to Friday

Great opportunity for experienced Diploma qualified or working towards Bachelor of Early Education or Staff Leadership and Training.

Supported by our Operations Manager devoted to enhancing curriculum for children and Educator experiences.

The Centre

The Farmhouse style home away from home has been open for just over a year - this service is very busy and has accommodated a variety of work life balance requirements to support staff - so we have a big team of wonderful Educators.

7 rooms and a onsite kitchen with our own Chef to provide nourishing allergy appropriate meals as well as super outdoor playground areas for great Educational activities and play.

The Role

Exercise established curriculum development and mentoring skills and knowledge for the ongoing development of our Early Education programming and content.

Mentor team members alongside our Bachelor qualified Centre Director and committed Assistant Director.

This role is partially on and off the floor depending upon the operational requirement for the children and team members.

Expectations

Diploma or Bachelor of Early Education or working towards Bachelor of ECE

Proven experience as Education Leader and mentor, staff trainer

Happy and positive personality to role model for team members, children and support Educator mentoring

Excellent written and verbal communicator in respectful and supportive manner always.

An includer – a person who promotes inclusion of all in a safe supportive environment

Able to fulfill all Safety and Fun requirement for learning

Suitable digital experience for Kindyhub use, IPAD use

Community minded individual that loves working with children and making a good day great!

Physically and mentally able to fulfil the role Monday to Friday with varied shifts to support the children
