About the Role :
The Child Health & Development Team Coordinator plays a pivotal role in shaping the wellbeing of children and families in the community. Drawing on broad clinical experience and growing expertise—whether generalist or specialist—they lead the planning, delivery, and evaluation of integrated health and development services tailored to local needs. Working with a high degree of autonomy, the coordinator also supports the growth of the next generation of health professionals by providing guidance to less experienced colleagues, assistants, and students. As a key member of a dynamic, multi-professional team, they champion a holistic approach that blends prevention, early intervention, targeted treatment, and ongoing evaluation to ensure the best possible outcomes for children.
