• The Product Support Representative must have proven experience in an equivalent role,having worked within a distributor, third party and direct sales network operation. The capacity to secure strong business development growth is essential. Demonstrated ability within the Equipment Parts industry is a definite advantage.
• A proactive and flexible approach in dealing with the demands of constantly changing priorities and situations is fundamental. The capacity to meet deadlines and be able to manage many tasks and activities simultaneously is essential.
• A totally customer service focused attitude, combined with enthusiasm and self-direction are considered critical to the position, as is the ability to work independently on projects without management intervention.
